VisiTrak is there 24/7 to take instructions from ERP, process them, orchestrate their execution, then post to ERP either in real time, action-by-action, or on task completion.
In its typical form, Parcel Pack resembles a retail checkout station. The user selects products for shipment, scans them, weighs them if necessary, all as directed and validated by the ERP system. Parcel Pack can also talk to all major shipping companies in order to generate shipping documents and labels right at the point of packing. On completion of the task, Parcel Pack notifies ERP with the required data including item quantities, shipping weights, how packed, shipping cost and carrier used.
Our Solution eliminates the uncertainty that goes with manual preparation - and correlation - of shipping documents. It can also handle any mix of serialized and non-serialized shipments, providing "e-Pedigree" or RxASN support for life sciences products. Because every action is validated in real-time by ERP, there is practically no opportunity for human error in data entry. What little data entry Parcel Pack requires is done using a touchscreen display rather than a keyboard, an ergonomic bonus that allows the operator to work on-the-fly.
