Twanna Jones is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the support group including the client facing aspect. Twanna is also responsible for providing defect resolution and new function introduction of hardware along with configuration and installation of hardware devices and training users in use of hardware.
Twanna is a long time Acsis employee with over 10 years of service. She has held a variety of positions within the organization including Implementation Manager and Assistant MIS Manager. She has configured and installed Operating Systems, 3rd party and Acsis applications for Acsis’ client base.
Twanna has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The College of New Jersey. She is A+ and Network+ certified as well as a Microsoft Certified Professional.
