As Director of Human Resources, Maureen Konecky is responsible for meeting growing human resource needs by ensuring the attraction, retention and development of quality staff as well as to ensure the consistent application of all HR policies, processes and systems within the organization.
Maureen, a founder, has been serving Acsis Inc. in Human Resource roles for 15 years. During those years she has been instrumental in fueling Acsis’ growth and has strived to retain key employees, as shown by an overall average employee length of service of more than 9 years. In addition, she serves as Acsis’ Plan Administrator for all benefit plans. Her skill in communicating to supervisors, managers and employees, while providing tactical and strategic guidance to senior management teams is exceptional.
She has completed training and became certified for her SPHR, Sr. Professional in Human Resources, certification and studied in Human Resources and the law, Employee Relations, Performance Management, EEOC and Diversity in the workplace. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the world's largest organization dedicated exclusively to the human resource profession.
