The Acsis AssetTrak solution is a multi-user, web-based solution offering global visibility to your company’s assets from any authorized computer or mobile device. The standard solution offers multiple international language settings, based on a given user profile.
The Acsis AssetTrak solution tracks and manages individual assets, asset types, asset categories and/or asset hierarchies throughout the asset lifecycle. All events are captured and recorded in real-time and can be stored for different reporting purposes. The solution allows for personalized settings to facilitate business rules such as process conditions, triggers and user permissions.
The Acsis AssetTrak solution automates asset management by interfacing with data-capturing technology, such as wedge scanners, wireless mobile barcode devices or RFID devices. The solution also tracks mass movement of assets by aggregating assets to pallets or containers for shipping and receiving.
Acsis AssetTrak facilitates complete lifecycle management of manufacturing and/or supply chain assets, providing capabilities for:

- Create locations or location hierarchies

- Create and print unique asset identities (if required)

The Acsis AssetTrak solution allows for individualized asset control by including time sensitive criteria (for example expiration or required calibration dates) and other context data relevant to the asset or type of asset.
Reporting, asset status displays, warnings and email alerts are all in real-time, allowing immediate and proactive management decisions, confirmations and actions if required. Because communicating this information can be important, reports can easily be exported to several common formats such as excel and pdf formats.
